Definitions The use of the word ‘Application’ refers to The Zenith Macro – Bee Swarm Simulator The ‘Author’ refers to the main programmer and designer of this app, EliTheLegoGuy
Grant of License The Author grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use this Application on any number of computers or devices owned and operated solely by you. You may run multiple instances of the Application simultaneously on a single device.
Restrictions on Use This license is for individual use only. You shall not: Share, rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute the Application to any third party. Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application. Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the Application or any part thereof. Use any portion of the code for other software projects or purposes.
Ownership The Application is licensed, not sold. The Author retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights therein.
Termination This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and destroy all copies.
Disclaimer of Warranty The Application is provided “AS IS,” without warranty of any kind. It is not a malicious program, but it does require certain OS-level permissions in order to function as intended. Use of the Application is at your own risk. The Author is not responsible for any actions taken against your game account (including bans, resets, or suspensions) by third-party game developers or platforms resulting from the use of this Application. In no event shall the Author be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, loss of data or loss of game progress) arising out of the use of the Application, although this macro is designed to be use safe.
Data & Privacy The Application may store configuration settings and usage logs locally on your device in JSON format. This data remains on your device and is used solely for the Application’s functionality and the user’s personal record-keeping.
System Permissions Because the Application interacts with system-level APIs to manage window focus and simulate input, it may be flagged by security software as a ‘heuristic threat.’ The Author warrants the Application is not malicious, but the User acknowledges that granting these permissions is necessary for the macro to function.
